I survived NavCan...

I am very proud to say not only did I survive my first navcan experience, I had the most amazing time.

Friday couldn't go by quick enough at work and I just wanted to BE there...

And finally I was there! And I got the greatest, warmest welcome. Hugs all around. It was so nice to finally meet the ladies after weeks of planning and all the e-mails!

I was particularly looking forward to meeting Katie and Rachel. There have been countless e-mails and blog posts and I felt like I knew them long before meeting them. I'm so happy to say the connection was instantaneous.

The weekend seemed to fly by. It was quite productive and more importantly crazy fun. We were silly and laughed until our bellies hurt. It was great meeting Melissa and Tanya as well! We were pleasantly suprised that they were able to attend for no matter how long!

I'm looking forward to seeing the gang again soon and can't wait to head back to Navcan!

I'll post pictures a bit later this week. I fortunately took the day off today to "recover." I had big plans to unpack my stuff and spend the day scrapbooking. As it turned out, most of my day was spent doing laundry and sleeping!

I did get my room unpacked tonight so I'm all set to get creating tomorrow night.

On one final note I have to say a big thanks to Stephanie for her friendship and for brining me into a such a wonderful group of ladies. You came into my life at the perfect time sunshine! Here's to many more memories...

Well, I'm going to paint my nails and head to bed - the old nails too a beating this weekend!
